This paper aims to highlight the conceptof children cultural translation procedures and their impact in the cultural exchange and knowledge in translation process. We attempt to explain the significance of translation in the era of globalization and technological progress. The Study focuses on the importance and the role of the cultural translation theories and the cultural translation techniques in solving translation problems of children stories texts. This helps the translator to transfer ideas and knowledge between cultures to children accurately.
