This article aims to highlight the integral relationship between theater and philosophy as two interconnected fields of knowledge that intersect at critical points throughout history. Together, they have contributed to shaping profound human perspectives on the universe and existence. The article emphasizes that theater has not merely been an artistic medium for expression but a fertile space for embodying abstract philosophical ideas and raising fundamental questions that concern humanity.
The article traces the historical relationship between theater and philosophy from ancient Greece, highlighting how tragedy and comedy were essential components of Greek culture and thought. It also underscores the significance of this relationship in fostering critical thinking and deepening both individual and collective awareness.
