This article is part of a research in didactics and precisely the teaching of foreign languages. Its nodal objective is to point out the constraints that lead to the establishment of the intercultural dimension in the educational programs of teaching French as a foreign language. Thus, this article shows some results regarding the place of interculturality and even the intercultural dimension. Indeed, the textbooks offered in teaching prove a lack of integration of the intercultural dimension as long as they are not contextualized with the news. This is the reason why the article proposes other textbooks that take into consideration several dimensions in order to help inculcate knowledge that integrates the place of the Other in teaching.
