Most of the difficulties and complexities imposed by legal translation are determined by the nature of the legal language itself. Legal translation represents a difficult challenge within the broad field of translation, due to the differences in legal systems from one country to another, which necessarily requires different legal concepts of its own, which must be accurately transferred to the target language. All these differences in legal systems and terminology, as well as their concepts, have led to the emergence of a new format for research in this type of specialized translation, which is the "science of legal translation", which seeks to research the methodology of legal translation. Through this article, it becomes clear to us the importance of research in legal translation in order to facilitate and improve the translation process.
