We study in this article the process of the translation of the semiotic term by the Maghreb’s researchers. This study aims to highlight their efforts in this field. They translate the western books of the famous semiotic authors. They make the specialized dictionaries. They study the semiotic term in their articles and researches. To show their contribution in the translation of semiotic term, we choose to study a number of terms most used in the contemporary semiotic field. This research paper has revealed the prominent position and great importance that the Maghreb’s researchers give to the translation of the semiotic term.
