Have you asked yourself: Am I creative? Of course, yes, every person has a creative thought, but it varies from one person to another according to our perception and daily use. Creativity is considered a problem-solving tool in the world, especially in translation, but unfortunately, creativity has long been underestimated. Universities have not considered it necessary or important to implement a subject, lectures, or talks periodically on creativity in general, especially in translation. This study aims to discover the relationship between creativity and translation. We believe it is a topic of vital importance, and we need to highlight the favorable components it adds to our translation. Therefore, in this study, we intend to examine and analyze the scientific dimensions surrounding the relationship between creativity in the translation process. Additionally, we shed light on its application in certain types of translation, especially in literary translation. We will also analyze the peculiar effect that creativity has on translation compared to translations produced without it.
