Translation of the article "The Difficulty of Communication and Otherness" by Dominique Wolton into Arabic aims to spread his ideas and analyzes communication in its relationship with technology among Arab readers, and to shed light on the importance of the topic and its impact on society and culture in general. This translated work is important because it addresses a contemporary issue that many people face in the current era, and it highlights the challenges and problems that may hinder the communication process and affect human relationships. Translating this work into Arabic will contribute to enriching the discussion and expanding the circle of understanding about this topic among Arab readers.
