Visual communication was a rich field of study to many philosophers. Their interest was directed at how pictures can convey meanings and information; and how a receiver can appropriately interpret message involved in those pictures. This paper is a translation of ArtoMutanen’s paper “Relativity of Visual Communication" (2016) as an example of how he developed Wittgenstein’s theoretical ideas. This necessitates to render his scholarship into Arabic as a sound ground to boost the academic interests of Arabs to bridge the gap of the current limited research in Arabic.
